Composition: 50% Trebbiano from Tuscany; 50% white Pinot, grey Pinot, Sauvignon, Semillon
and Roussanne in equal parts.

Wine making and refine: lightly pressed with fermentation or a controlled
temperature refined in stainless steal.
MONTECARLO ROSSO D.O.C.
Composition: 65% Sangiovese; 15% Canaiolo; 20% black Malvasia, Syrah and Merlot.
Alcoholic content: 11,5/12,5% - Total Acidity:5,5/6,5
Wine making and refine: fermented in stainless steal and refined in oak barrels from
Slavonia.
ROSČ CERCATOJA
Composition: Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo grapes in equal part. This wine is rosč
for the dripping of the must at the right level of the colouring.
Alcoholic content: 11,5/12,5% - Total Acidity:5,5/6,5
RED CERCATOJA
This wine is made only in the years which we believe to be fit to make it full-bodies and
to give it a high grade of alcoholic content.
Composition: 50% grapes of Sangiovese; 10% Canaiolo; 10% Sirah; Cabernet Sauvignon, french
Cabernet in equal parts.
Alcoholic content: about 13/13,5% - Total Acidity:5,5/6
Wine making and refine: fermented in stainless steel and refined in small french oak
barrels.
VASARIO
It is made of grapes of white Pinot, which are reproduced from original grapes imported
from France.
Alcoholic content: about 12,5/13% - Total Acidity:5,5/6
Wine making and refine: fermented in stainless steal and refined in small french oak
barrels.
FORTINO - Syrah
Composition: 100% Syrah
Alcoholic content: 12,5/13% - Total Acidity:5,5/6
Wine making and refine: fermented in stainless steal and refined in small french oak
barrels.
